Tailored Personal Training


I work out of two city centre based gyms in Edinburgh as well as providing sessions online and on location; either outdoors at at your home.

All my sessions therefore take place to suit you.

I am available 6 days a week, Monday to Sunday, early mornings to late evenings, all year round.

I primarily work out of the Pure Gym (open 24/7) on Edinburgh Exchange Crescent, directly across from the Sheraton Hotel. 

Alternatively, for a more private training environment with the option of Reformer Pilates, Physio and Massage Therapy, why try not the Balanced Edinburgh Stockbridge Studio?

Work out within a fully furnished gym, complete with free/machine weights, a full array of cardio equipment and an air conditioned studio complete with kettle-bells, TRX and Power Plate.

BALANCED Stockbridge Studio

The Balanced Stockbridge Studio is located in the heart of the city and offers a dedicated space for private 1 to 1 sessions, small group sessions and Pilates mat and reformer classes.


Complete with 5 Pilates Reformers, 2 Cadillac frames, mats and Pilates accessories, sessions can be uniquely tailored to the clients’ goals taking advantage of the specialised equipment on offer. Both physiotherapy and massage therapy services are also available making it there perfect all in one, holistic health and fitness provider. Whether you suffer from chronic back pain, are recovering from an injury or simply need a more personal, friendly and specialised training provision that commercial gyms can’t provide, the Stockbridge studio will provide you with the means and professionalism to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

The studio is open for private Pilates classes, massage therapy and physiotherapy.

If a gym or studio location isn’t right for you then I can offer sessions both online and on location.
